Refund policy
Returns are not necessary as we back our products with a 100% refund policy. If you are not satisfied just let us know and we will refund the full product amount (but not shipping).
We do humbly request that you contact us without delay for help or guidance if for any reason you do not feel you are getting the results you expected or if you need advice and/or guidance.
Using probiotics is a live process of internal restoration and healing, so the process will vary for each person. We are here to help, so please email us at support@greatoralhealth.com as needed.
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
Refunds will be made via Shopify and to the original purchaser.
